Our Impact
Our role in the New Murabba Development Company is to create a new modern downtown, extending over a land area of 19 million sqm, overlooking an iconic landmark, and containing more than 80 entertainment and cultural areas for 420,000 residents and many more visitors.
With the Mukaab as an iconic landmark, New Murabba becomes a hub of inspiration, welcoming all to a world of boundless potential and creating new economic opportunities at every turn.
What is The Mukaab?
The Mukaab is a landmark within New Murabba, featuring cutting-edge technology and innovative design. It stands as one of the largest built structures globally, enhancing Riyadh's global appeal. The Mukaab will offer state-of-the-art entertainment, dining, and retail experiences, setting a new standard in architectural and experiential luxury.
What facilities will New Murabba offer?
New Murabba will include over 100,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, retail spaces, offices, leisure facilities, and community centres, all within a sustainable, walkable downtown. New Murabba will feature a museum, a technology and design university, a multipurpose theatre, and over 80 cultural and entertainment venues.
