
New Murabba Welcomes Second Cohort of Graduate Development Program
New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has launched the second cohort of its Graduate Development Program, welcoming 31 talented Saudi graduates into a two-year learning and leadership journey designed to prepare them for key roles in shaping the future of one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious urban developments.
According to a recent press release from New Murabba, the program is distinguished by the diversity of its development activities, which cover technical and soft skills courses in various topics. The program reflects New Murabba’s commitment to empowering young Saudi talent as the future generation of leaders. Graduates will participate in an immersive program combining hands-on learning, on-the-job experience, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.

The New Murabba Graduate Development Program has benefited 47 male and female graduates over its past two editions, while the total number of applicants has reached around 12,000 since the program's launch. Welcoming the second cohort marks an important step in New Murabba’s long-term talent strategy, as the company continues to support Vision 2030’s objectives to empower Saudi youth.
