H.H. Prince Dr. Faisal bin Ayyaf, Visited the Headquarters of New Murabba Development Company

His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh, New Murabba’s Committee Chairman- Board Member, visited today the new headquarters of New Murabba Development Company in Riyadh. H.H. Prince Dr. Faisal was received by the Chief Executive Officer, Michael Dyke, along with members of the Executive Committee and senior leadership.

During a tour at the headquarters, H.H. Prince Dr. Faisal received a detailed briefing on the HQ features, which reflect the company’s forward-looking vision. Furthermore, the New Murabba Headquarters has achieved SmartScore Platinum certification with a perfect score of 100/100, making it the first in Saudi Arabia to reach this level and one of the highest-scoring destinations globally. The SmartScore certification recognizes excellence in digital connectivity, user experience, infrastructure readiness, and smart building performance. 

The new HQ hosts approximately 600 New Murabba employees, sits on a land area of more than 86,000 sqm, and delivers a Gross Floor Area exceeding 10,000 sqm – a physical base befitting the ambition of New Murabba. The HQ also features the Kingdom’s first operational Digital Twin, developed entirely in-house and powered by Tandem Software, enabling real-time monitoring, simulation, and optimization of the building’s systems and technology infrastructure.
