We are signing an agreement with Bechtel Corporation to provide project management services for the masterplan and site-wide infrastructure. The agreement is being signed by Sabah Barakat, Acting CEO of New Murabba Development Company, and Jacob Mumm, Senior Vice President and Regional President, Bechtel.

The New Murabba family welcomes Bechtel as they join us in shaping this iconic project. New Murabba's impact goes beyond construction; it is about transforming the landscape and future of Riyadh and creating the world’s largest modern downtown, with The Mukaab, the world’s largest immersive experience complex, at its center.

This project is expected to add SAR180 billion to non-oil GDP and create 334,000 direct and indirect jobs by 2030. The project is due to be completed in 2030. This is not just a project; it is a catalyst for growth and progress.
