New Murabba Showcases Riyadh’s Downtown Vision at FII Priority Miami

New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company, participated in the FII Priority Summit Miami 2026, a leading regional platform organized by the FII Institute. The summit, held from 25–27 March at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach, brought together global investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss and explore the key forces shaping the global economy.

Held under the theme “Capital in Motion,” the fourth edition of the summit examined how capital, innovation, and talent are moving across industries and geographies in response to a rapidly evolving global landscape. 

During the summit, New Murabba organized an exclusive VIP dinner as the Official Reception Partner of FII Priority Miami 2026. The dinner brought together a distinguished group of global leaders and investors on the sidelines of the summit, providing an opportunity to strengthen international partnerships and highlight Riyadh’s growing position as a global hub for innovation, investment, and cultural exchange.

And New Murabba CEO Michael Dyke joined a high profile panel discussion during the summit, alongside leading global figures in architecture, urban development, and investment. The conversation examined how integrated urban systems, bringing together mobility, sustainability, advanced technologies, and mixed use development, are reshaping the way cities are designed and how people experience urban life.

Dyke highlighted the vision for New Murabba, Riyadh’s new downtown destination, which is designed around a human-centric, mixed-use urban model that prioritizes connectivity, culture, and community. The development aims to redefine urban living through integrated infrastructure, innovative design, and immersive cultural and entertainment experiences.
