New Murabba and SPL Sign an MOU to Enhance logistics and Geolocation Solutions

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 6 Feb 2025 – New Murabba, a PIF company, has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Saudi Post SPL to improve and enhance the logistics and geolocation services and solutions. When the (MOU) was signed by Eng. Eissa Almunif, Head of EPMO and Stakeholder Management of New Murabba and Eng. Rayan Bin Anas Alsharef, Government & Corporate Sales VP of Saudi Post (SPL). 

The MOU will include digital management solutions through analytical tools that will enhance the quality of work and the customers’ digital experience. 

It will also introduce enhanced services, including a dedicated post room and parcel management system, enabling customers to efficiently manage their inbound and outbound shipments. Additionally, the agreement emphasizes refining national address services, characterized by precise location identification and Google Maps integration, to ensure accuracy in logistics operations. This will allow offering a well-developed experience and facilitating logistics.   

New Murabba is set to implement a system of short addresses aimed at improving the quality of delivery and receipt services. This will help utilize the advanced data to further develop the solutions. Moreover, the parcel stations will witness an expansion process and improvement in services. The MOU tends to upscale the logistic services aiming to increase the internal transactions and better refine SPL’s overall services.   

The MOU between the Saudi Post (SPL) and New Murabba reinforces SPL's commitment to achieving its strategic objectives of becoming the preferred partner for both public and private sectors.
