New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company and the master developer of Riyadh’s modern downtown, announced an investment partnership with Almana Medical Group for the development of a general hospital within the destination. The project represents a total planned investment of approximately SAR 1 billion, underscoring strong investor confidence in New Murabba's vision and its ability to attract strategic partners that contribute to the delivery of world-class community infrastructure.

The project site spans over 16,000 square meters and is located near Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Awal Road, offering convenient access within one of New Murabba’s mixed-use districts. The hospital is planned as a key community asset, integrated within the surrounding residential, commercial, and pedestrian network.
The planned hospital is expected to include 200 beds and offer a broad range of healthcare services, from emergency and trauma care to family medicine, pediatrics, neonatal care, orthopedics, cardiology, neurosciences, and other key specialties. The development aligns with Saudi Arabia's healthcare transformation agenda and broader Quality of Life objectives by expanding access to advanced healthcare services within a future-ready urban environment.

As a new model for destination-making and urban living, New Murabba is being developed to accommodate more than 280,000 residents, creating vibrant and integrated neighborhoods supported by innovative urban planning, architectural excellence, and a comprehensive network of community services that enhance quality of life and contribute to Riyadh's future growth. The planned hospital is one of several healthcare, education, and community assets being developed across the destination and will play an important role in serving the needs of New Murabba's future resident population.
